Delivery Partners 

We use Courier Guy services for shipping within South Africa. You will receive a package tracking number and carrier details via email once your order is dispatched. 

 

Delivery Areas and Times 

We offer nationwide delivery to both urban and rural areas in South Africa. Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances. While we strive for timely delivery, please allow for some flexibility. 

 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain value. Check our website for current promotions. 

 

International Shipping 

Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa. International shipping is not available. 

 

Undeliverable Packages 

In the rare event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will make every effort to contact you and make arrangements for re-shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply.
